JULY 20th with Tracy Alexander

In this session you will spend a glorious hour being led through a Qi-Touch healing using principles from Chinese, Ayurvedic and Western medicine.

We will establish a goal and work from a negative state to a positive state by holding a nourishing series of acupressure points on the body, while listening to soothing vocal prompts.

Your body will be subtly guided from an old story to a new one.

By working on the body first, mental shifts become easier, because the body already believes the new story.


You will also become skilled in a powerful breathing technique designed to bring your parasymapthetic (rest & relax) nervous system and right hemisphere of the brain "online".

This will connect you to your intuition, boost self-compassion and enhance the creative states of your awareness which makes it easier to find solutions to problems.
