This technique allows us to access the depths of our awareness, release layers of tension and fatigue from the nervous system and provide a sense of peace and stillness that allows us to adapt to life's demands more easily.

What is Rounding?
Rounding is a profoundly potent practice that includes gentle and repetitive yoga poses, breathwork, meditation and resting (shavasana) that supercharges stress release and healing.
It is deeply restorative, nurturing, blissful and easy to do.
When this technique is practiced in a loop over successive days, your inner world clears of the junk that's weighing you down.
The nervous system purges old, redundant patterning, allowing you to connect with your truest self.

Located on Sri Lanka's south coast, the Galle area is known for its diverse ecosystem, from rainforests and mangrove swamps to vast beaches and rocky cliffs.
Wake up to uninterrupted views of the stunning Koggala Lake from every room. You'll be surrounded by greenery and shimmering blue water, and will at times spot wildlife, like crocodiles, sea eagles, and other animals that call the area home. It's like living in a national park!
The venue itself is one of a kind. Located on the water’s edge, this is a calm alternative to the sometimes hectic nature of the beachside options.
Enjoy the entire venue just for our group, with open plan living, nooks and crannies, places to do a solo Round, gardens, a substantial vegetable garden and more.

What is a Satsang?
In Sanskrit, “satsang” means a sacred gathering to sit, or simply BE, in Truth.
We will gather in circle and get cosy as we dive into Vedic wisdom to nourish our minds and hearts.
It is also a time when Tracy will devote special time to transform how you think about the world and yourself.
What's on the menu?
We serve a delicious chef-designed vegan menu that utilizes as many local and home-grown ingredients as possible.
Food is Sri Lankan fusion, as the retreat venue's belief is that you should eat the food of where you are.
The kitchen is an open plan in the villa’s main living area, meaning our cooks are on display as they prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Michelin chef Elspeth Humm designed the menu and trained the kitchen
staff. The health-focused menu
contains as much as it can from the garden.
If you have dietary preferences let me know, and the staff can easily make adjustments to the menu for you.
Who should attend?
This retreat is for meditators of all levels of experience.
The only prerequisite is that you have learned Vedic Meditation or Transcendental Meditation.
If you have not yet learned, you can organize to do a course with Tracy prior to the retreat.
The benefit of learning as part of coming on the retreat, is that you will be gifted 25% off the course fee!
