Building on the theme of mind + body, (clearing from the muscles and nervous system the imprints of those times we didn't feel safe enough to move through emotions), this session will create a pathway for an emotional detox.

This active meditation is a healing modality that helps you to take better care of yourself and access your intuition and creativity in profound ways while encouraging your heart to open to honest

self-love, self-healing and self-acceptance.

From here we can begin to re-write a new story for ourselves that feels clear, aligned & empowering.
