ONLINE Group Meditation

Join Tracy for group meditation and wisdom sharing.

We will meditate together then discuss any questions or experiences you may have.

Eyes close no later than 5 past the hour.

You may attend the session to meditate and then leave at half past the hour.

You may attend just for the wisdom session which begins at half past the hour.

You may attend the group meditation and stay for the discussion.

Whatever feels supportive to you.
