There’s no concentrating or controlling the mind.
It’s a simple, natural technique that allows the nervous system to spontaneously settle, moving the body into a deep state of rest which promotes healing and balance in the body and equanimity in the mind.
When you learn Vedic Meditation, stress in your body will melt away and you’ll establish contact with an inner state of bliss.
