“Following a formal diagnosis of depression and anxiety nearly 20 years ago I’ve worked hard to “stay on top of things”. I’m a great “do-er” a gal who advocates for “less talk and more action” and over the years I’ve done so many things to try and help myself. I diligently attend my doctor’s appointments and regular counselling sessions, I exercise with a PT four times a week, I eat healthy food and I try and get enough rest. But I’ve always felt there has been something missing.
After working with Tracy, what I realised is that you can’t “do” your way into a healthy nervous system. While it was initially counterintuitive to me, the practice of Vedic Meditation is simple and effortless.
