Tracy means brave.
My first word was 'more'.
I guess the path is set for us before we even realize.
Well - it's been a wild ride so far.
I've changed my outside world MANY times - because I believe life is an epic tale... with many chapters full of riveting stories.
But we, as the main character of our own lives, need to have the courage to step into the role of the hero.
I went from engaged to single at 37 because I chose not to continue with a relationship that no longer felt aligned, even though we were heading in the direction of the things I wanted - marriage, children... that "typical" dream. But I knew that relationship wasn't the end of that story for me.
Professionally I transformed from an international news anchor in the Middle East to becoming the first Vedic Meditation teacher in Israel - travelling the world to magical places, helping people heal and connect with their bliss.
But these shifts happened because I updated my inner world and gave myself the tools needed to carry myself through these shifts and take the required action.
As I changed my frequency, healed my wounds, updated my beliefs, I shed old skins and stepped into greater and greater responsibility and life kept opening up more and more.
I kept growing and responding to the need of the moment. I followed a knowing that there was more in store, that this wasn't the THING - not the job, not the relationship status - it was a FEELING I was after. Freedom.
Once I freed myself inside - the outside world reflected that.
I choose my role - each moment. My role isn't me. It's a character I play in the grand narrative of life - to bring my gifts to the world for the purpose of elevating, liberating and empowering others.
And I've never felt more aligned, alive and HAPPY. It makes me want to cry.
When we connect with our purpose - we are always free.
We are choice-less - because it feels like what we're doing is an expression of us - we can't not do it.
When we are connected to our inner wisdom, following the divine light and rising to meet the assignment, this is when we experience miracles.
We ask things like "it can get this good?!" on the daily.
Because we asked for more and expected more - we experience life as abundant.
It's either a game we seek to play full out... or let slip through our fingers - the choice is yours.
When we have a mission bigger than ourselves, this is what drives us and each step feels right - because it's your PURPOSE.
