About the event

Stress is the underlying cause for the world's biggest killers and the World Health Organisation (WHO) has even labelled stress as the 21st century's health epidemic.

It's also a leading cause for mental illness, emotional instability, addiction and the reason we see dysfunctional relationships with ourselves and the world. 


Everything we do in life, the choices we make, our perception, our ability to detect our true desires, how often we fall in a heap and how quickly we bounce back is also determined by the state of our nervous system and our state of consciousness. Believe it or not - the two work hand in hand.
