About the event
We will meditate together then discuss any questions or experiences you may have.
Eyes close no later than 5 past the hour (i.e 7.05pm - 7.30pm Israel time).
You may attend the session to meditate and then leave.
You may attend just for the wisdom session (i.e 7.30pm - 8.30pm).
You may attend the group meditation and stay for the discussion.
Whatever feels supportive to you.
